1. Log in to JICS using your Student ID #
2. Go to the Candidate Resources page under the Admissions tab
3. Click Enrollment Fee Form and follow the instructions

I don't see the enrollment form

• Make sure you are logged into this website
• Contact the admissions team to check your candidacy status: admissions@livingstone.edu

The housing application and housing fee forms will appear under the Admissions and Housing Fees section on the Candidate Resources page. Go to Admissions > Candidate Resources once you're logged into JICS* and those form links should appear for you. If they do not appear that means Admissions needs to update your application.
