Your Student ID # = Your Username
Your Student ID and password instructions were sent to you via an email from Admissions.
Didn’t receive or lose the email?
You will need to contact the Admissions office at phone: (704) 216-6001 or email: admissions@livingstone.edu to obtain your ID.
How to Reset your JICS password
After typing your Student ID # in the username box, click Continue. You will see a Password box with a “Forgot Password” link below.
Use your personal email address that you used to apply to Livingstone on the following screen. Your password reset email will go to that address with instructions for setting a new password.
I got a message saying my username is not valid
Double-check that you are using your Student ID # in the username box. If it is not correct you will need to contact Admissions to make sure you have the correct information.

I don't see the enrollment form
The housing application and housing fee forms will appear under the Admissions and Housing Fees section on the Candidate Resources page. Go to Admissions > Candidate Resources once you're logged into JICS* and those form links should appear for you. If they do not appear that means Admissions needs to update your application.
